I cannot find the triggers in my Alexa app. What can I do?

It is possible that your Alexa account could not be properly linked. Please deactivate the Virtual Routine Trigger skill and reactivate it again. You will be asked to log in using your Amazon account. Make sure you use the same Amazon account for both your Alexa skill and www.virtualsmarthome.xyz/virtual_routine_trigger.
