Overview

At Virtual Smart Home™, all of our software, products, and services are designed to the high standards of European privacy regulation. One of these principles is the “right to erasure” as outlined in Article 17 of the European General Data Protection Regulation, one of the strictest privacy laws in the world.

Account deletion

We follow the “privacy by design” and “privacy by default” principles. I.e., we only store and process data that are absolutely required for the software, products, and services we offer.

If you are using our Alexa skills, you can log in and delete all the data you provided by deleting, e.g., the URL Switches, URL Routine Triggers, and Virtual Routine Triggers you created.

If you wish to have your entire account deleted, including all the data you provided, please submit a privacy request through our support.

Please note that deleting your account cannot be undone. You will not be able to use our software, products, and services, after your account has been deleted.
