My switch is not turned on or turned off properly. What went wrong?

  • Step 1: Please try out the URLs your provided in a private tab in an ordinary web browser. If the URL works in your browser (in a private tab!) it should also work with URL Switch.
  • Step 2: In rare cases, you are logged out of your Alexa skill. Please deactivate the URL Switch skill and reactivate it again. You will be asked to log in using your Amazon account. Make sure you use the same Amazon account for both your Alexa skill and www.virtualsmarthome.xyz/url_switch.
