I cannot find the switches in my Alexa app. What can I do?

In very rare cases, you are logged out of your Alexa skill. Moreover, it is possible that your Alexa account could not be properly linked.
In this case, please deactivate the URL Switch skill and reactivate it again. You will be asked to log in using your Amazon account. Make sure you use the same Amazon account for both your Alexa skill and www.virtualsmarthome.xyz/url_switch.
