At Virtual Smart Home™, we do not sell our software, products, and services directly. We are using Paddle as our authorised reseller (“merchant of record”).

How Paddle works

When you purchase any software, products, or services from Virtual Smart Home™ or when you contribute financially to the further development of the software, products, and services offered by Virtual Smart Home™, you will use the payment infrastructure provided by Paddle.

All payments are processed by Paddle and you will receive an invoice from Paddle. I.e., you will enter into a contract with Paddle.

The invoice will contain a reference to either Virtual Smart Home™ or to Josef Kolbitsch, the legal representative of Virtual Smart Home™.
