Change payment-related information

Overview

At Virtual Smart Home™, we do not sell our software, products, and services directly. We are using Paddle as our authorised reseller (“merchant of record”). Paddle handles all of our payments and provides customer invoices. I.e., when you purchase anything from Virtual Smart Home™, you enter into a contract with Paddle.

Changing data

When you would like to change any of your data, e.g., your credit card details after a new credit card was issued, please contact Paddle. The same is true of changes of subscriptions or of your VAT ID.

When you complete a purchase, you will receive an e-mail by Paddle. This e-mail contains links for, e.g., changing credit card data. Please use these links to change your data.
