Refund policy

Overview

If you changed your mind or if you are not 100 % satisfied you can get a full refund of the purchase price (one-time payments), a refund of the most recent monthly payment (monthly subscriptions) or a refund equivalent from the most recent month you paid (annual subscriptions). For more details, please refer to our refund policy.

Please note that when you request a refund, active subscriptions will be terminated. In this case, you might not have full access to Virtual Smart Home™’s software, products, or services any longer.

Requesting a refund

At Virtual Smart Home™, we do not sell our software, products, and services directly. We are using Paddle as our authorised reseller (“merchant of record”).

When you make a purchase, you will receive an e-mail by Paddle. It contains links to requesting a refund. If you have any questions regarding the payment process, purchases made, and invoices received, please get in touch with Paddle.
